Northridge Runners

Hello Northridge runners!

It is time to lace up those running shoes and start logging the miles to become a MARATHON (26.2 miles) or ULTRA (100 miles) FINISHER!

Registration is open for both KRA programs.

I will be running the Ultra and Marathon together this year! I would love to have more runners complete the Ultra with me! It is easy! Sign up your runner now and they have all summer to run/walk their way through 75 miles! Yes, that may sound like a lot but it works out to less than a mile a day (walk your dog, run with friends or take family walks). It all adds up! If that still seems too much, sign up for the marathon and we will start running a few weeks after school starts! Details will be sent out after school starts but we will be running in the mornings at the school!

I truly enjoy starting my day with your runners and I hope to see you all this fall!

When it comes to mental health services, communities traditionally focus on supporting kids as needs arise. This work is crucial for the safety of our students. Equally important, though, is prevention-based programming that can help, early on, prevent the social-emotional challenges our kids may be experiencing from escalating.
