IT Support Center

The IT Support Center is the starting point for all technology-related questions, providing primarily phone and web-based ticketing system support options. Our mission is not only to assist you with reported issues, but to also represent the stakeholder in all facets of I.T. operations. We are committed to the educational success of our students and staff, contributing from a technology support role.

DCSD Staff:

For all technology related requests, please begin by submitting a Web Help Desk ticket (choosing the appropriate Request Type) at
 helpdesk.dcsdk12.org (district login required).

For immediate support needs, you can also call the IT Support Center at x70001 (or 303-387-0001 if using a non-district phone), available M-F 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
