The IT Support Center has fielded many inquiries regarding problems using the new lunch payment system, One issue has been the inability to add a student to an account, and another encountered more often is the inability to add funds to your student's lunch account.

Should you encounter this issue, the main suggestion is to try an alternate browser. This means if you are using Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc., and you are encountering odd behaviors when trying to navigate through, try to use a different browser. Clearing the temporary Internet files in your browser is also suggested (also referred to as deleting your browsing history, cookies, and cache).

Outside of the browser suggestion, you'll want to contact support directly by visiting their Contact Us page, where you'll find their phone number and support email address. As is usually the case, when a vendor provides direct support for their product, we'll usually suggest that route. If they've built the product, they most likely have more thorough resources and experience when it comes to supporting it!

Equally important, though, is prevention-based programming that can help, early on, prevent the social-emotional challenges our kids may be experiencing from escalating.
