Final Evaluations Due May 1st
All final evaluations must be completed by May 1st so that all employees can be included in the merit process.
The final evaluation template for classified and admin/pro-tech staff will be launched to the employee's Workday inbox the first week in April.
Managers, work with your employees and let them know when you want their self-evaluations completed and submitted to you, so that you will have sufficient time to complete your portion of the process.
The final evaluation process will be the same process as the mid-year. Follow the steps below to access the training document in Workday:
- Select the Workday training link
- Select the "Training" tab at the top of the screen
- Select the "Performance Management" link under the "Manager" heading
- Under the "Documents" heading, you will see "Mid-Year Evaluation Template Instructions"
Be sure to reference the training document, as it contains important information on completing the template.
